Well this is the first painting I've been confident enough in to upload in over three months. Unfortunately this photo doesn't do it justice, I'll try and get a better shot soon. I was too excited about finally finishing something I liked. The colors are a bright red, blue spots on a cold/yellow background and burnt umber.
So here it is. I hope you enjoy it too.
This was inspired by a friend who said he liked my landscape paintings because they make him feel like he's walking in a dream...or something like that. I said I'd paint him something and it's taken me a long time to do it.
very cool, Eluneska.. not that I'm overly knowledgable about painting and techniques but I really love the way the transition progresses vertically - in terms of colour and shadow... and specifically, how the way the mountains are positioned ( almost a fine line in terms of blending from a central point )
Dollface you rock at painting, be confident cuz we love it!
This is a great piece, and I can see why you felt like submitting it.
It really showcases your talents. It's quite beautiful actually.
I'm in this red mood tonight.
Great work!

We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
I'm a lover of visual impacts. I like brilliant colors and shapes. And I decided to collect a whole stack of deviations that reflect that taste. These pieces showcased below deserve every bit of publicity you can give them. x)P
